Stephanie Rosenberg is a Tony Award-winning Broadway producer, director, choreographer, and performer whose career reflects a deep dedication to the performing arts. Her journey began with a solid foundation in performance, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Adelphi University, further honing her skills at The Neighborhood Playhouse School of Theatre, and refining her craft through an apprenticeship at the Williamstown Theatre Festival. Recognized as the Fredric B. Vogel Scholar by the Commercial Theater Institute in 2012, Stephanie's career pivoted towards production, leading her to work on acclaimed shows like Gore Vidal's The Best Man, On the Town, and Anastasia. Her co-production work on Moulin Rouge! The Musical earned her a Tony Award, cementing her place in the Broadway community as a leader in high-caliber theatrical productions. In 2013, Stephanie founded The Empress Productions LLC with a mission to create unforgettable theatrical experiences that foster connection and uphold a commitment to all collaborators and supporters. Her philosophy centers on theater's power to create lasting memories and inspire change, guiding her dedication to excellence, collaboration, and respect for the art form. Known for her resilience, creativity, and passion for storytelling, Stephanie is devoted not only to crafting impactful productions but also to sharing her knowledge with emerging artists. She engages the theater community through initiatives designed to support the next generation of talent and serves as a guest lecturer at institutions like the Wharton Business School, where she inspires future leaders in the arts.
